Oblivion
Hey there, Just wondering if anyone knows of anyone, not just smash repairs etc, but maybe mobile people who are involved with guard flaring. I have an r32 gtst and i may need to get my guards flared about 1 1/2 inches. Cheers in advance Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/160643-guard-flaring/ Share on other sites

WazR32GTSt
i got mine done in the valley by an excellent mob called "exclusive auto centre" about 70 per corner but they didn't crack the paint one bit highyl recommended if you want a perfect job and can afford it. personally, its not worth the risk to go cheap because if the paint cracks then it cen't be reversed.. do a search in the QLD section for more info Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/160643-guard-flaring/#findComment-2988513 Share on other sites

MotoMan
Just dont expect paint not to crack... especially the kind of flaring you are asking for... 1 1/2 inches is a fair bit Rolling wont crack the paint.. But flaring will almost certainly crack the paint Im guessing you had your guards rolled WAZ? Because flaring will crack paint almost definetly Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/160643-guard-flaring/#findComment-2988930 Share on other sites
