Hi Guys,

I had my car up on the hoist last week and discovered that I have a lot of rust in my rear subframe (R33 s2 gtst). It is specifically in the arms that go to the wheels (dosent sound good hey). Should I take it to a panel beater in teh hope that they can repair it, or go straight to the wreckers to replace the rusted components. I have only had the car for a year and this is quite depressing as I thought that it was in quite good condition >_<

Surface rust ON suspension arms is quite common. If it worries you, take them off, a quick whip over with a wire brush and a can of black spray paint will have them looking like new.

>_< cheers

Thanks for that SK. My swaybars are also stuffed, what is a set of whitelines worth and how would they go with the factory set up?

As any suspension expert will confirm, stabiliser bars are THE best value for money handling upgrade you can do, road or track.

>_< cheers
