Replacing Rear Right Panel?

Not sure if any one has done this but, what is involved in replacing the rear right gaurd in a 33 gtst. i'm looking at getting a 33 that has been hit in the rear right that has gtr gaurds. The gaurd has be sourced but what is involved in fitting? It looks like the gaurds continue in the roof to make one huge panel. Would this be a cut and weld up job? If so am i looking at a major respray or just the panel. Thanks

it is a cut and weld job yes...

respray would be dependent on where you cut it.
