After recieving several PM's (apologies for not replying to some!) I have another light up boot panel which I had made previously and have been meaning to put on here for sale for a while.

Its sprayed R33 Series II metalic Silver, I believe the code was KR4 or KP4, I cant rememeber exactly. It has been made so the panel looks standard during the day but light somes through at night. Quite the party trick!

The panel does not come with the actual light, all you need to do is simply mount any colour of light (neon or LED) behind it and hook it up to your parkers or a switch. As you can see white is very effective gives no cop troubbles.

The panel is is pretty good condition with only some minor imperfections in the paint as you can see on some of the angled shots, this is pretty subtle, and can be fixed anyways wth another light respray.

Asking $150 + postage. Sydney.

PM please

Hmm dunno why but I don't think my PMs are working, at least it isn't coming up on my sentbox

I'll buy it, let me know, send me pm

I'm in Sydney

Item Sold Payment pending, will PM you if frst buyer falls through

white will give cop troubles, as will blue. the only colour that will offer 100% no cop trouble is red. you aren't allowed to have white lights pointing rearward except for when reversing. just like you aren't allowed to have red lights pointing fowards.

    • Yeah, hard to find and a pain in the ass to change with the transverse engine. I’ve worked on a GTiR before and it’s not a job I’d ever want to do again. theres a company in South Africa that makes RS3 gearbox adaptors for the AWD SR20 including gearbox mounts, so I could modernise it and go a dual clutch with paddles. For now tho, it ticks all the boxes. Super cheap, can throw the kids and their junk in the back, and SR20 that I can turbo cheaply, a CVT that’s not a dog’s breakfast like the V35, and has 80% interchangeable parts with stuff I can source from the wreckers cheaply…. But it’s still unique. I love the wagon back of the Autech version. It’s cheap enough that I can buy another stock manual FWD Primera with SR20VE, swap the gearbox to the N15 pulsar short gear ratio box, swap out the brakes to the R32 ones I pulled off my 32, register it on club plates and take it racing. $1300 shipping from NZ. Heaps of parts and aftermarket builders for transverse SR20’s in NZ.
    • Hard to say, just pop the rocker covers off and have a look if you think it's cammed. You probably need to replace the valve cover gasket/half moons anyways.
    • From my youth: GTi-R clutch change is a massive pain. The gearboxes are fragile? But the car is super cool and I want one 😢
