yeah i've done it

use paint stripper to get all hte excess off, including hte underside

i used a matt... whether you use satin or whatever is your choice

do 5 or 6 fine coats of paint... if you can be bothered do a few layers of primer beforehand (maybe etch primer, refer to instructions on can about what surface... prime, sand down a bit, prime again, sand)

mine look nice and black :)

i bought my car last week and i noiced the window wipers werent that crash hot looking.

im thinking about painting them... has anyone done this?

i was thinking about painting them a matte black.

painted my old 33's matt black too. twas dodgy though i didn't strip whatever that was left of the original paint just gave em a wash then sprayed away!

did quite a few coats. but the paint eventually started to peel off after a few days from a few places....

either:

i didn't do it right

paint i used was shit

the water pressure from the karcher i used to wash the car was too much

or all of the above...

I just used black spray paint to coat over the existing paint and you can only tell the difference if you look really closely under the right lighting conditions. That was a year ago and they still haven't faded at all. I didn't use a fancy paint, I think I got it from Super Cheap.
