yeah true that trent, as with my power fc i got, cost me 1500 but no one else could get one in for me in that condition...

when you are short on time, things tend to cost more

the check light on will be from AIRT not being connected as the rb25 doesnt have one

you can see its highlighted in bold when he views SENSOR SW CHECK

the PFC expects a value in range but doesnt get one as there no sensor

these guys are correct - Its only because I never wired up a airtemp sensor.

I didn't bother because I'm no longer going to run a RB26 powerFC. Going to stick with the RB25 powerFC.

(That RB26 was supposed to be a pro, but I think someone has flashed it back to a standard FC, making it no good for me)

I was only going this way to run IGN cut and launch control.

That too could be a simple fix.

The air temp sensor uses the same sensor as the water temp. Simply splice the water temp to the air temp and disable any correction via the datalogit.

its actually disabled by default, all the retard settings are 0 im fairly certain

ah u are correct ol' wise one

on the 25 fc they are all set to 0

so this shows us how apexi intended it

runs as much timing as you can and do your tune around your average cold day

mega aggressive timing etc and then dial in the ign backouts for each airtemp range (i think default is -2 at 60deg? air temp)

so when it heats up, the fc backs out timing instead of frying the pistons/etc from higher intake temps in summer

hahaha nice my bad

hehe

and I can tell you - she goes pretty damn hard.

Hooking up the Gizzmo launch control and ignition cut this week, and then a new fuel pump and tune, and then trying for some 11 second passes >_<:):P

Might need to get the syncro's done before that though, they are a little worn. Bugger.
