get a rubber hammer and when it stops get out and bang the fuel tank with the hammer see if it starts, sounds like a fuel pump.

wassup

Fuel Pump? At the moment I dont have any trouble starting the car, the engine is just cutting on me and now sometimes it feels like im driving with low petrol - jerking movement

could be a dodgy earth somewhere, or a wire has a tear in it and is rubbing on the body or something and shorting out. might be doing it ini a way that isn't blowing a fuse.

i don't think it will quite be the same, but i used to have a whippersnipper that used to do this. it had a dodgy fuel cap. the fuel cap on it had a vavle that was supposed to let air in as the fuel was used, but not let fuel or air out, and it was blocked so it was creating a vacuum and starving the engine of fuel.

Went to the mechanic yesterday and we hooked up a Fuel Pump meter on it and went for drive waiting for the engine to cut out on me. After 1-2 hours of driving, da car finally died and we checked da fuel pump pressure. But it was fine, meaning that the fuel pump is good.

Changed da ignition module after that but after a few drives, the engine still cut out, so ive ruled out both fuel pump and ignition module. I just went and changed the AFM....so far no probz, hopefully da problem has now been solved.

If it farks up in da next couple of days, then i will be stressed......its been a headache havin no car to drive to work.....i hate it wen my car is not 100%!!

btw, Thanks everyone for ur help
