All this gear is from my RB25DET. Car was crashed by a 3rd party shortly after build was completed.

Parts in Brisbane. Happy to ship at buyers cost. Postcode is 4011 if you want to get quotes for postage - please don't ask me how much postage is, I'm not a courier, I don't know. Don't have a trader rating, but I was the original president of SAU QLD, so no worries about dodgyness.

1. PICKUP FROM BRISBANE ONLY! RB25DET motor. Comes as pictured except without harmonic balancer. Polished cam covers by previous owner. Ran perfectly for me. No electricals - coils/CAS/injectors/rail or turbo oil/water lines. I do have a topfeed fuel rail that will be available in a week or 2.

Damage: 2 P/S pump mount holes as pictured, dinged hardline (oil breather to block or water line?) also pictured. broken oil pump.

Needs: Exhaust side front cam seal. Harmonic balancer.

$500 I WANT IT GONE!!!!!!!!!![/b] the head is worth that alone.

3. *4* x Top feed fuel injectors. I have 6 but 2 have the plastic on the bottom scratched up. Probably fixable by injector shop, so enquire about this if you are keen. Nippon Denso brand. 550cc - 54lb/hr - Low impedance. These were also fitted to the RB25DET.

Retail for 160.00 + GST Each at http://www.injectorsonline.com/indivprod.php?c=4

$250

4. Adjustable fuel pressure regulator. Sold.

5. 12mm Billet alloy wheel spacers. These were made for me by a Cobra builder on the gold coast as part of a custom brake setup. They have 2 extra holes where countersunk allen bolts sit to actually bolt the spacer to the wheel. 2 small threads were tapped into my alloys, and the lips were used to locate the spacers perfectly. Very light. They basically become part of your wheel. Cost $$$ to have made. Machine the lips if they are in the way, and they will fit anything.

$150

Please reply here with questions etc.

slip.

I've got 6 but 2 had the ends damaged by my helper when we pulled the fuel rail. Can supply pics if you want. Injector shop could probably sort them out. It's just the plastic cover on the spray end that got scratched up.

here you go mate. this is one of them, the other isnt quite as bad but gives you an idea. injector should still be fine just needs new plastic bit.

i will make a few inquiries as to how much they will cost to be repaired and get back to you.

I'm interested in your clutch but you'll have excuse my noobility when i ask about this "slight missing bit". what kind of impact on the performance of that part are we talking about? reparable?

redevil - yes, it says twice in the description of the turbo that it bolts to the factory manifold.

Paradis - It worked fine for me. Didn't shudder or anything. Bought a lot of gear from a mates car to put in mine, this was one of the pieces. No idea how/when it lost that chunk.

walkoua - cool, let me know how you go, would be good to find out either way.

=)

i might very well take that clutch off your hands then, i'm just waiting for somoene to get back to me. will reply later on

g'day. So i do believe i'll take the clutch off your hands. You'll have to let me know how much shipping will be to Canada. Shouldn't be too bad for a piece that size.

Ok mate I'll check it out and let you know ASAP.

Hey man, before you go through too much trouble, i realized i should wait till after i install and tune my e manage ultmate.

I don't want to be one of those flaky blokes so i'd better wait until after i see what the final bill on that is before i commit to this mate, sorry.

Well I put around 300km on the motor, honestly not sure of km performed in previous car. The donor car itself had 127k on the clock, and the engine had been transplanted into it probably at around 80,000km at a guess after seeing the donor car. No internal damage as far as I know, haven't done a compression test. It went hard in my mates car, went hard in mine, and that was good enough for me.

    • Yes...but look at the numbers. There is a tiny tiny fraction of the number of Joules available, compared to what is used/needed. Just because things are "possible" doesn't make them meaningful.
    • Thanks for taking the time to post that ! If anything changes or happens please do update us.
    • Somehow Vertimass/Oak Ridge National Labs has figured out a catalyst that can convert ethanol into C9-C10 hydrocarbons in basically a single step without ending up with a bunch of ethylene or similar waste products: https://patents.google.com/patent/WO2023224867A1/en I still don't think anything like this will keep us from needing to transition to EVs regardless along with all kinds of other electrification, but things like this will go a long way towards alleviating the problem of how to electrify things like planes. Renewable diesel is seemingly an easier problem as well, Chevron is already running refineries for the stuff and the primary feedstock is tallow and other waste fats from agriculture.
    • Ok so I have sorted everything with my uniclutch and  i can offer up a bit of feedback and some things that might help others.    I found problems with factory damper line. Weird shit and had trouble with peddle adjustment    I used this https://au.gktech.com/products/r33-gts-t-skyline-braided-clutch-line?_pos=2&_sid=22b01b9b9&_ss=r Also when adjusting peddle leave a bit of play. You can get into a over stroke condition easy.. Make sure you can push the slave forward after adjusting to confirm fluid can return to master then you will need to pump it up heaps…..not sure why but that’s how it is.    last thing the splined adapter is machined perfectly. If your input shaft is old like mine was I would put a bit of valve grinding paste on it and stroke it like a 15 year old. Just to give it a tad more clearance and to better match it to the spline.    reason is on a near flat shift I have had situation where the peddle returns a millisecond after you lift from the clutch. No slip or anything but I reckon this is due to tolerance on the spline being way tighter than stock clutch and binding for a sec. I think this will go away but also my spline was old. Box is old so I guess I should have checked better. It’s a super neat fit.    it feels light as and holds awesome without any noise
