Engine Lights On, But No Fuel Prime Or Turnover

As above, I have an R33 Series II with a Viper alarm. With the alarm turned off, there is power to the pump but it will not prime the rail. Also when in the "ON" position all dash lights are on like usual.

All accessories work, have replaced the battery. When ignition turned to START, the oil and battery light ont he dash dim and the clock dims to nothing. No cliking no noise, nothing. Car has PFC, not that it should matter.

Any suggestions as to what it may be??? I have done a search and found nothing like this...

So was working fine, and then just stopped?

Sounds like a rooted pump, if there is definatley power to it but it's not running might be time for a new one....

Running Fine on Friday, just replaced timing belt etc. No problems then this. Fuel pump is also new about 8 months old walbro...

Pulled every fuse and goddam there is alot of them...think its time to call the auto leccy

Sounds like the starter motor may have seized. Try a bigger hammer on it to loosen it up. And check that the earth strap from the engine to the chassis is ok.

Where is the earth strap from the engine to the chassis???

I will give the old starter a tappy tap tonight as well as the earth, if I can find it...

My starter has recently packed it in.. same symptoms, replaced battery, no fix - except mine would not start when warm (seemed ok when cold). Borrowed a new one, and seems to be working fine now.
