Hi hi,

Just want to know how much better the metallic ones are compared to normal ones. The Metallic ones are 700cfm and the normal ones are 570cfm, what do these figures mean?

Its how much they flow. Don't know what it stands for though.

Depnds how much power you want to make. If you only shooting for about 200kw or so you could probably just use the xforce one. But if you have big plans for big power, get the metal cat. The free-er flowing exhaust the better.

just get the cheapest one..........then smash the internals out of it ....that my friend is what i call a high flo cat

Im only aiming for 200kw on the rears so will the metallic one be a waste?

The ceramic type will be fine for you.

If you were running a heavily modified car and wanted the least restriction possible while still running a cat you would probably opt for one of the metal cats which use a higher flowing stainless mesh inner core.
