Haven't we had enough of all these post about cops? I think it has been determined about 1000 times already that cops are arseholes and some are nice but we'd never see them or what ever. Do you think its doing us any favours getting on here and having a thread a week about how bad cops are? Its getting a bit old. Everyone else gets "in trouble" for posting threads that been asked before... this is another example.... but ohhhh look a chance to bag cops - it must be alright hey.

oh - and if you want to lodge a complaint - write a letter or go into the station where the officer works. Ask for the Officer in Charge. Or address it to the Officer in Charge.

Howz 3 yellows in 6 months strike ya?

VL, sold that as soon as the yellow was removed, then for no apparent reason the 31 (at this stage still in A1 condition) and less than a month later the R31 AGAIN! Same cop yellowed the VL and then the R31. Guess his name? It was, no joke here sadly, Constable Crock. Oh boy, hope he does not read this now or my Rolla and the VN will get one too!

Correct method is

1. Obtain offending officers PD number

2. Station at which he/she is based

3. His/Her senior Sgt.

Write letter to Senior sgt at station. keep it simply and to the point. Don't get emotional.

Tell them what you would like to have done about the problem. No you can't have that done to the officer;-)

We took one cops number etc.

He done Jeff for speeding, (fair enough), then for driving without a licence (he had called transport and they told him that it was all ok and that he did still have it till after coart when in acctual fact he didn't) then pulled me over 3 times in 2 weeks just to make sure I wasn't driving with an expired yellow sticker that he had previously issued to the car while I was driving.

I asked for his no. etc and told him it was harrassment as I have done nothing wrong and still have all 12 points to my name. He told me he was gonna get me for something so I said I was gonna dob him in for that. Needless to say,I have not been pulled over at all, let alone by him, since.

Hay, you would not believe the amount of attention obtained from police in previus 12 months. Hay, that same cop, Constable Andrew James Maher, knows me by first name too! Haha, I still have my 12 points so he can just shove that up his bum hay!

Sorry, I don't like him at ALL.
