i got a question about losing points and licenses etc, as no copper or legal couldnt answer..

I got caught speeding lost 3 points etc, then not long ago i went thru an amber at 3am after clubbing, cop pinged me on going thru a red.. 115 dollar fine and 3 points..

So thats a 3 month loss yes? as i havnt lost double the amount of points?

3 months is nothing, getting to work is really the only problem. Weekends mates can be your ride, so you acctually save a fair bit of money.

Think of it as an investment opportunity for the skyline

what would the penalty be for a non P plater (22), going say around 30 over..? vic roads on the site, only states the demerit point and money penatlies.. do ya loose your license?? got a friend whos a little paranoid from the weekend, thinks he saw a mobile camera.

In vic I believe 25-40 over the limit is a loss of license, for 3 months......

no it isn't 25km-30km is 1 month on the spot suspension 30km-35km is 3 months 35km and over is 6 months.
