Hi peeps,

I just find out today that I have Tein coilovers on my car. it came with the car from Japan (got my R32 GTS-T about a week ago) and I dont think they are softness and hardness adjustable (only height adjustable). So, does anyone know what model is it? (I think it's old model)

Also, I think it's bumpy for me... so what can I do to make it better? Can I change the springs? what spring rate is best for our road? and before anyone ask me.. the car it dosen't look low at all

Thanks for ue help

Hey Ford,

The damper adjustment just looks like a "alein key" (HEX) head on the top of the coil-over. Just check and see if you have this. Fulcrum suspension, is the Australian distributor and service provider for Tein. Give this number a call: 1300 SUSPENSION

No, it doesn't have that type "alein key" (HEX) head on the top of the coil-over.

Thanks for the info
