Where I live there are quite a few water catchment areas because some parts around me are (or were) prone to flooding when there's heavy rainfall. Sometimes we get people on trail bikes using the catchment areas to go for a ride, so they use the Trail Bike cops to catch them an book them.

It's kinda dangerous to have people riding around in these areas because there are plenty of kids playgrounds and sports fields set up for when the weather is good.
