Apexi Pod Size?

Hey guys,

I'm extremely sorry for the nub question.

I was wondering which model name of Apexi pod filter would I need to fit into my stag. (series 2)

Currently the engine bay is stock as a rock and nothing has been done to the induction system.

I looked around on the forums and found the air flow meter was similar to a commodores, but that didn't give me much help in determining which pod filter I needed.

You'll need to buy a skyline adapter, then just buy the pod to suit it.

Richo they do come in various sizes, different flange diameters, and overall length / widths. My old R33 came with one that bolted up to the AFM, but another mate bought one which came with an Apexi adaptor to fit between AFM and pod.

Anyway according to the parts listing for the RB25XX Stagea:

- part number 507-N006

- replacement filter 500-A022

now a days they just come in two sizes. big and small. you want small: 150mm. it has multi-fit holes and will fit to all 20 and 25 AFMS.

Thanks a lot for your help guys. I went to Jshop today (Welshpool, Perth) and got an Apexi 150mm pod for $95, and got it installed for $50 (removing box, mounting bracket throwing on the pod). So it went pretty well. Induction sound is pretty nice Now I want to rev the stagea harder around ever corner to hear it
