Ok im planing on having a wild audio set up with my subs under neith the amp and boost gauge that folds out, so i need help on a kit that with a switch can push the amps up to 90 degree's. It has to be electric and compact

What iv been thinking is a small electric motor with a slow gear and a arm that will push the amp and boost gauge up to 90 degrees. Any help will be good

Cheers

Dave

The electeric boost controler is going to be put in the glove box , but have it set up so that with a switch its folds down from the top of the glove box and the amps are going to be put on top of the subs so when on show i can pop the amps up to 90degree's. it sounds crazy but its diffrent and hoping to get it down before autosalon.

it would be lairy...btw.i know nothing about custom audio install.

Start out looking for a electric motor, that not only fits all the desired criteria (size, weight, and the ammunt of angle it has) but will also do what you ask of it.

Do you actually know what the "electric arm's" for the lifting of the amp are called.

going off pimp my ride. I would say they are called linear actuators lol

I was just about to say watch some pimp my ride, there's quite a lot of times they use linear actuators to move things 90 degrees. (most cases big tv's) but they pretty much get an L shaped bracket, attach the actuator to one side, and it pushes the bracket (rotating it) outwards. The thing is they usually bolt the linear actuators to the doors, so just hope you have enough boot space.

Edit - spelling
