Infiniti G37 coupe

Nissan’s luxury brand might one day feature down-under, but for now interest surrounds the new V6 in the G35 coupe replacement.

There is speculation that a turbocharged version of the G37’s new 3.7-litre engine – an uprated variant of the same VQ engine series that powers Nissan’s 350Z, Murano and Maxima models – will be used for the next-generation GT-R due for launch at October’s Tokyo motor show.

Nissan Australia says the 246kW 3.7-litre won’t be seen any time soon in any of Nissan’s current models, if at all. When questioned about the possibility of a single- or twin-turbocharged version of the 3.7-litre V6 powering the new GT-R, Nissan’s response was only: “Nothing’s impossible. [Japan] is still keeping [the GT-R’s] specs discreet at the moment.”

Looks mad dontcha think??

the similarities from what i san see from here are:

- in the arch of the rear 1/4 window

- shape of the front bumper and the intakes

- the overall roof design

- the shape od the rear 1/4 panel

- door handles

- the hood is pumped out towards the sides

- same side skirt design

that said it still does look much better, than the hyundai. i like the headlights
