The weather people always over-react in such a huge way, to everything. Constantly I get "Storm warning!" "Hail Warning!" "Gailforce Wind Warning!" crap and nothing much ever happens. I guess one day it will and I'll wish I didn't shrug it off, but pfft, when will the experts get it right I wonder.....

yeah wasabi is tops. you should see all the wasabi flavoured stuff you can buy in japan. some of the wasabi chips are really good. wasabi rice snacks are nice too.

i'll keep an eye out for you. I have seen some here, but there are heaps of different brands/types and some are MUCH better than others.

it was supposed to hit qld or something....in the solomon islands the waves got up to 5m high according to theage.com.au or heraldsun.com.au....they had warnings until 10am or so (which was when the tidal waves were supposed to hit our shores)
