Hi there ,

I own a R33 GTS25T and for a couple of weeks now I having this problem. My timingbelt keeps slipping to the front and touches the belt-cover. I changed the pullies but still I end up with this same problem over and over again. Everything seems to be fine , we close it up , I drive around for ten minutes and the belt starts making the same noise again (of the belt against the cover)

Has anyone had this before . If so pleaaaase help .

Thanks , Bruce

Thanks mates , I'll have it checked out.

Make sure the big washer/disc was installed on the crank before the crank pulley was installed as it limits how far the belt can move forward. I'm guessing this was missed, I have done it myself and you will get the problem you are talking about.

Cheers
