I had my r32 gtst on the hoist other day and i found a huge black INLINE fuel pump infront of the fuel tank thats obviously aftermarket of some sort........ its bigger than the likes of a vlt pump and looks nothing like the bosch pumps like the vlt ones etc in the way that its all black and nearly looks very expensive and very well made......i was told that this could be a gtr pump any other ideas???? i cant get a pic cause of the place its in....

and do the r23 gtst have any external pump at all or are they just an in tank setup??

(3)

you can mount theexternally if you really want tho...

even the biggest bosch (044) can be mounted internally but some do it externally, its weird they havent done a surge tank setup as well tho.

if the pump has JECS on it anywhere its a nissan part and most likely a GTR pump. look for markings on the pump, that will tell you what it is exactly. or get it on the dyno and find how well it pushes fuel at high rpm, this will also be a good indicator
