the other totally messed up thing is that cabalaba still has no water restrictions cos they have plenty of water and the local councilors refuse to conform with the rest of the area

Of droughts and flooding rains

Australia hasnt had a serious drought since the begging of the last centuary, we are now in this situation because the nation has become lax in its attitude toward our natural enviromental conditions, and if I was looking out the window 10 years ago, I couldnt blame us then, if you are a bike rider you would really notice the difference.

It's a conspirisey (spelling) from car lovers!?! seriously, their buisiness would've grown 10 fold since the water restrictions came in, and by banning the washing of cars with residential water, the same amount of water if not more is still being wasted only now carlovers is profiting from it aha that's my rant for the month

Not entirely true, As far as i know most businesses have 3 weeks from that date to actually devise a better strategy on saving water, ie: recycled water as most already do use this system, infact the ones i know of are using recycled water aswell as the carlovers at 8mile plains are or have got recently better means of recycling the water that is used at there place, so hence helping the system mind you this will see many of them or few may cease operations due to this restriction Thankyou

umm most of the car lovers etc reuse the water again they have special catchment set up but Bunta maybe able to explain more on that
