Dash Lights

Hey guys,

i just recieved a set of those blue dash lights from dan666.

The problem is that the only ones that are working are the temp/fuel guage.

I have been stuffing around for hours now trying to get the rest to follow suit.

Are they in sequence, if the first one is out, the rest wont work. The leds do work only way i realise, is there a trick to it that i am missing.

I had a similar problem put in 5 t10 starboard led bulbs...... work for the first time i turned them on...... and won't work again! the parkers go on but not the dash!

have you pulled them out and re installed them the other way around ?? LEDS have a +ve and -ve side

Worked it out...

It has an aftermarket dimmer switch. When i took the cluster out, I disconnected the dimmer switch. The bulbs went in, then the cluster went back in. Turned everything on but nothing worked.

Because i didnt re-connect the dimmer switch i didnt 're complete' the circuit....

Does yours have a dimmer? On first go only the parkers came on as well, so i pulled every bulb out again and re did them.

Yeh...... i have heard that its a dimmer switch i willl go check it out right now! Soo POS and NEG got it! and Dimmer switch!

Awesome thanks crave and sxc i check it out makes sense... however if i take out all the leds and just put one old bulb in nothing (but the dimmer isn't back together!

Even with old bulbs, if the dimmer aint connected it prob wont work.

As Craved said, just keep flippin em round and round and eventually they will work

Done it............... all good! Damn.... of course dimmer switch complete the circuit!

Its a bastard eh. Lucky it looks sh!t hot with blue bulbs, othewise i dont know wether the final result woulda been worth the effort.

YEh, its looks awesome in the end however when i turn to acc on the car... some of the needles move up to the wrong position...?!?

WEll..... its LOOKS AWESOME but its all BONED......... all the cluster is stuffed!
