for that, also finding custom lights to fit the holes, the finding something you can mold off to make the circular sections

plus you need to get some parkers in there somewhere

doesnt look hard to do, but doesnt look cheap either

where would i start? who would do that kinda thing?

go to a place that makes or customises body kits... i could mention some around syd but that wont help...

they should be able to do the shapeing and what not, and possibly even fit the lights... otherwise, get a fabricator to help you out...
