Power Fc Problem

hi,

just wondering how do you change setting on the hand controller. ive gone into settings and tried to set the idling but nothing happens. the car is idling at 1000rpm and its set to 700rpm.

am i doing some thing wrong???

Adjust your idle at the throttle body mate. Or maybe even your idle air controller.

yes i have done that for 30 mins.

its idling to high and it wont change. like i said it says its set to 700rpm and its like 1000rpm

Have you tried adjusting your idle at the idle screw here?

i will adjust idle soon. but shouldnt the power fc be able to adjust the idle.

Just wind it down at the throttle body or the aac. Dont stuff around with the computer.

yes i have its idling alot better now. whats the idle control there for if it doesnt work. also it takes about 10 secs for car to slow the idle down to what its set at.

Yep, you've gotta wait a couple seconds for the PFC to do anything. I think pressing across to the right sets, It took me ages to figure it out too.

yeh ive change the settings to the right and nothing.

mate the little screw is holding the throttle open a tiny bit, there is nothing the computer can do to shut it. adjust at the throttle body or aac and fine tune (up) with the powerfc

I had the same problem with mine and only got worse.Problem was the ACC solinoid. You could try cleaning it but didnt do anything for mine.I tried the TPS,idle screw,nothing worked.Whole ACC was replaced problem solved.

im not sure its doing what yours was nytsky, yours was pretty odd.

i've cleaned the AAC and i've closed the TPS and fined tuned with the PFC worked perfect.
