mine still has the stock ECU and stuff so that isn't a prob..

whistla: do u know whether they just check for visibles.. or actually get out the meter for the emissions? I think its A) but isn't the whole idea its B) ???

Pred: Do a search on Vic section, I think INASNT posted heaps of info relating to getting EPA testing and what you will and wont get away with.

You can still drive your car AFAIK, when I got done for exhaust a couple of years ago, i jus had to fwd the certificate of compliance to EPA within 28 days of issue of notification...if that makes sense?

pred has already pmed me alot about this and i gave him my advice on what to do to pass the epa test like i did 6 or so months ago.
