The only reason the oil and water lines would not have lined up is if they were bent when removing the original turbo.

All cartridges are aligned to where the stock items are and if the lines are not bent we can R&R a RB20-RB25 turbo in 45 minutes.

A lot of people have troubles installing direct replacement turbo's and i really do recommend having a professional that knows what they are doing installing them.

Bolting a larger turbo on that has not been professionally tuned will not yield any great increase in power ever.

aaron the lines werent bent at all. it just wouldnt fit. my dad used to be a motor mechanic, he helped with the job. none of the lines lined up. im not fussed we aligned the turbo to suit. it just annoyed me cause it took a long time rotating the housings. other than that the turbo works just fine. happy with it :)

:) :) and

With my hi-flow and HKS GT-RS, i always got flutter under 4000rpm, and i hated it, no matter what i did to get rid of it, it wouldn't go away.

Also my induction got alot quieter with the turbo change (i put it down to the std turbo being very restrictive) and the exhaust note got deeper in my car and my mate's car.

???

I said in my experiences.
