Check out ebay... i sore some on there that were the "Top Secret" brand they were labeled bonnet dampers.

I've been to the wreckers with measurements on paper, and ideas in my head, but it's pretty hard to find one that fits. Haha, pick and payless scored my $2 entry fee, and I came out with nothing

I can remember my ex-workmates VT S2 SS Commodore has bonnet struts. just wasn't sure whether they would fit my 34.

will have to check that out one day. at least it's another option out there.
