I'm thinking of getting a spoiler which looks like this and fitted on my R33:

Does anyone know of a place in Brisbane where:

1) I can buy something like that

2) I can get it fitted?

I still have my original spoiler on, so I'll need to remove that too.

Got tired of how my car looks like almost every other R33 and decided to do something about it. ^_^

Well its ur choice.

The wings look OK, but all the negative attention i received when i had the wing on got to me in the end.

1. COPS

2. DICKHEADS WANTING TO RACE YOU EVERY TIME YOU WENT FOR A DRIVE.

3. BOY RACER IMAGE.

Personally i wouldnt do it, i sold my cusco wing for $150 bucks. So i would keep an eye out for a second hand one if thats what you want.

Oh yeah the shopping list is off as well.

Hmm. After seeing the cusco wings, i'm really split on whether i should keep my original spoiler or change it to something like that.

IMHO, it spoils the R33's image as the car is too big and not.. agile enough? Drift spoilers like these are meant for smaller cars like the FD3S and S13/S14/S15.

I'll rather keep a low profile like now rather than attract cops too.

There isn't much difference in terms of performance between the R33 S2 spoiler and something like that, right? E.g. in aerodynamics.

I'm with devils advocate. The only other wing style that would suit the 33 imo is the bobtail rear spoiler a la 68 comaro. The big hipped 33 is just begging for it but due to the different height between the rear guards and the boot its too damn fiddly to do anything in that style without a lot of frigging about. For that reason i am going with the genuine gtr wing.

The classic coupe and big arse design of the 33 scream out for someone to do a retro muscle car look. Bobtail back, shovel nose front spoiler and fat arse pumped guards would look drop dead freakin haaawt on a 33.
