have seen that in some of the cars that i was looking at when I was test driving etc....thought it was pretty amusing to say the least...but the japs think of everything....

wonder what they do with the flares that they take out during compliance....

I got mine when I saw my car for the first time at compliance.....The skyline manual shows a man using the flare when his car breaks down on the train tracks.....personally i'd just push my car out of the way...but ok

like i said EVERY CAR IN JAPAN HAS THEM! let's all move on with our lives now after this "discovery"! back in 1994 it was a rare thing to see in aus. 13 years later there must be 10s of thousands of cars here that still have them in.
