Car Popping At Upper Revs

my car is poping at upper revs aroung 5000 rpm and i changed the plugs last week what else can it be?

might not be poping but detonating. i would also change leads unless done in the last 6 mounths or so and get the timeing checked

did you actually gap your plugs?

the guy at auto barm told me to gap them .08mm but he gave me the heat range 6 shouldnt it be a 7 plug

if the car is not running added boost, you dont need .8 at all

1.1 is totally fine

I suggest you go see a mechanic. Could be any number of things

im runnig it on 10 psi with a cooler
