How Do I Go About Getting Rims From Aus, To Canada.

Hi, i'm wondering if someone can help me, i want to buy a set of rims from aus, from a private seller, but i have to arrange all shipping and stuff, how in the hell do i do that and who do i contact?? i have looked up some hsipping places and stuff, buts its so confusing... I need someone to put it all in laymans terms. Can anyone help me...!!!!???

hey, if its anything like buying rims from japan. you can just use the normal post office (australia post). you have two methods for shipping;

1.air

2.sea

Sea, should cost you about $300 (for 4x rims which weight about 7-9kg yet), you will be look about $600-$800 for shipping by air. (aus dollars)

you can go with that option or u can go with an international shipping company like DHL or FEDEX they ship worldwide they give u tracking number so u can see where the package is and how long it is goin to take...... so i suggest checking out DHL or FEDEX websites to find out how much the cost is to ship from australia to canada...... also i would get the private seller ur getting the rims off to remove the tyres as the tyres on it will be made to suit australian road standards and wont be legal in ur neck of the woods..... this will also reduce the weight in the package.....
