Cables For Jbl Amp

just recently got my hands on a jbl sub and amp.. its a jbl 301.1 mono amp i think... so i just want to know what cable should i use for it? i have no idea which one to buy and such..

kicker amp was recommended to use with kicker cables.. so which cable goes best with jbl?

Personal preference really. More important that you run your cables correctly (i.e. separate power and speaker runs to avoid interference).

Some brands I like include Streetwires, Stinger, Audison Connection, Aerpro.

is there a certain size cable i should use??? i tried to connect it with my friends kicker cables... and it was too thick.. so it didn't fit.

According to the manual here they recommend that you should be using 10mm^2 cable (i.e. 8 gauge). If you are having trouble fitting the cables you'll need an adaptor / terminal of some sort.
