After the last drift day I am keen to hit the track again.

Anyone keen to go to Oran Park for a track practice day soon?

Not sure what the days are for April/May. Post if you know.

I'm sure some of the guys will be interested...as most probably not sure if you mean drift or track time :)

Raul,

Are you after the L2s days?

or the friday night driftlands?

Im keen for both!

I'll give OP a call later and find out the L2S days!

I am actualy keen to do an LS2 track practice day at Oran park.

I have just bought some R888 and am keen to try them on the track.

Other than the Circuit Club track day tommorow (which I can't attend) the calander is pretty empty until end of May early June.

I am therefore keen to hit the track in late April early May for some practice.

Keen to hear what dates are available for L2S at Oran.

ok....

1st May - tuesday South

4th May - friday - South - on the saturday there is a day/night event and there will be few cars there - so track time may not be as much as normal.

16th May - wednesday - GP

Normally around 120 bucks?

Which track is South and which is GP?

I would be keen for any of those days (although the 4th dosn't sound as good with less track time), anyone else keen?

south is the shorter circuit, GP is the big figure 8

south you should be under 56 seconds and GP round the 1:30

So the one we drifted on was the north circuit? The one with the main buildings is the south cicuit? and a combination of both is GP? Is that right?

yeah i should be there on the 16th providing i don't b-man my car down in vic a few days prior.

paul, i can give you some pointers if you want? show you which pedal is which etc? thought you might need some help buttercup.

My sweet little Beer B!tch, if I need any help inserting body parts into the exhaust, you will be my first port of call.

Further more Im sure you will educate me on a few things throughout the day. Getting in to the 1.19 will probably not be one of them.

Lets rock, you sausage pirate.

lol, i will go out and you can just keep your eyes on my rear end to learn the track. I notice you can't take your eyes off it when we are not on the track, so this method will probably work well for you. butt burgler.

bang a gong we are on!

    • KYBs are typically twin tube, putting them in the lower tier of desireability. Do you just want to replace worn out ones for the lowest cost? I mean, you wouldn't just replace one end of a car, if the rears are a similar age to the fronts, then they are probably nowhere near what they should be, and likely won't be great against brand new fronts. So, to spend ~$800 on 2nd tier dampers, when you could get a decent set of MCA coilovers for <$4k.....? As to the strut tops. 1st up, the Sparesbox site specifically tells you that they are not correct for an R33. Beyond that, why do you think you need them?

    • Bringing an old thread back to life Looking to put some new front shocks in the r33Gtst and the KYB still look ok for a road car. Unless there are any other options aroind that price $200 a shock?  I’d like to replace the strut tops also, is this the correct KYB no. For the strut top, KSM7124?  https://www.sparesbox.com.au/products/kyb-strut-top-mount-ksm7124?srsltid=AfmBOoq-HDru8wSlLnQrhU9gCw_uYdKg8gUQzONY-EQOdnI5iXOWEUjY 341287 appears to be the front KYB shocks part no.  thanks all
    • LandCruiser used to get a fluid flush every 12 to 18 months.   Only because it was about that often the electric motor on the master for brake assist kept dieing and needing to come off.
