Hi Troy, I have no idea why you have not received it yet, we sent out over 40 of them. I think you were the only one who had it sent to a post office box and it is way too big to fit in a standard sized box. Normally they would send you a note saying that there is a parcel for you that won't fit in the box. I don't know whether that is the problem. Perhaps you could check with your post office.

If the address is wrong or it is undeliverable for some reason, it will come back to us. I will let you know if that happens. I will check with our post office tomorrow.

Worst case is I will refund you money, in full.
