Trying To Remove Fog From Climate Control

my air freshener leaked somehow and it got into my climate control. i tooked it out to get it cleaned but seem like it won't come off.

is there anything to remove that fogginess from the clear screen? its getting gay to the point where i can't see anything on my climate control.

did you try car polish / wax ? Use only polish nothing with cut in it or it will scratch. use something like eg. meguires wetlook
