According to Tomei;

Inlet 240° with 8.58 mm lift

Exhaust 236° with 8.28 mm lift

Do you know how to use the search button? You had better learn because I seriously doubt that you can think of a question that hasn't been asked and answered on this forum. Most of the questions you ask have been answered 1,000's of times.

:D cheers :(

You're crazy dude. Not much hope in completely understanding your questions but I think you're asking if you should keep the stock cams or upgrade?

Well depending on how much horsepower you're chasing and what your application is (turbine specifically).

I think the Tomei drop in replacement cams represent decent value for money for mild to high hp applications. Otherwise for higher HP applications JUN make drop in replacement cams which a few guys are running with giant horsepower numbers.

Stock cams are going to limit you making much more than 300kw at the wheels possibly less.

what you mean is:

"is it better to have the same lift and duration on both the inlet cam and exhaust cam"

the answer to that question is:

"maybe"

it depends on your goals for the car:

power

response

emissions

fuel economy

stable idle

turbo choice

tell us (or even better tell your tuner) how you stand on those issues, then they can recomend a cam choice for you.
