R32 Boss Kit

I have a 90model skyline with hicas. I am installin a nardi wheel, so I purchased a boss kit online (not a specific hicas one)

and i want to know if its NOT a hicas boss kit will it cause problems?

I'd be happy if the hicas just didnt work, but I dont want it to go mental or something?

Im sure someone has encounterd this before.

I'd advise you speak to someone like Repco, I remember they helped me out heaps and knew exactly what I needed for a decent price. Better than some other people that took me for a ride with some other dodgy boss, I was not a happy man, but yeah, Repco might be worth trying...

you will notice that the hicas light will start playing funnies with you so it would be adviseable installing a hicas suitable boss kit for this reason. you never know what could happen

youll lose your power steering after about 80secs wont you, if the sensor isnt getting feedback from the boss?

you will lose power steering assist, the manual says in 10 mins, but mine goes a lot quicker..
