what do u mean by that?

If its open, venting constantly. Its near impossible for the turbo to generate any form of boost.

Not sure if its possible as there most likely wouldn't be enough exhaust gas to spin the turbo to such a speed.

ok thanks... as u might of guessed by turbo isnt spooling anymore... and my boost guage doesnt go past 0psi... i was thinking that my BOV had something to do with it.... buut i wil have a look around for any leaks.

i dnt actualy think its a blown turbo because there is no smoke coming out of the exhaust and everything seems fine... except from the problems i explained earlier

I had the same problem with my car. Just got it fixed. It was the exhaust manifold gasket was leaking. put new gasket on it and back to normal. maybe a little better.

I'd say the only possible things here are:

1. Waste gate acuator is either busted, or the little rod has come off the knob - no i'm not joking.

2. turbo is blown

3. intake problem - intake piping has either come off, or one of the silicon hoses has split into 2 pieces or something.

bov won't cause you no boost
