hey guys just a quick question.

at the moment i am running .82 bar of boost and it gets up to .82 quickly but then drops off to around .68 boost in the higher revs.

is there any reason why this happens and is there a way to fix it?

is it because of a under the bonnet boost controller?

is there any way of keeping top boost to the end of the rev range?

thanks for your help in advance guys.

all manual bleed boost controllers have this problem, you will also find that you get more boost in higher gears.

the solution to put it simply is electronic boost control, eboost for example

Some. Definately not all.

I never had a problem with mine running 15psi off the gate and then then bleeding up to 24psi. Held perfectly fine to 8000rpm first time, everytime :D

had a similar recent issue.

restrictive muffler, to a certain extent, and a cracked manifold.

replaced both, set to .85 bar, saw 1bar for the 1st time on the weekend SA cruise, in a coolish area WOT.
