This R33 was imported from japan by myself in 2003 and has been extensively worked on over the last few years with Thousands$$ of dollars being spent along the way. It has been a project in the making and I have finally reached a point where i'm satisfied and would now like to offer it to someone else to enjoy. The car has been setup to not only look awesome but perform exceptionally well with 227 kw at the treads, it is more than enough power to drive on the streets.... very quick off the mark and there's very little turbo lag as i'm using a T3 with internal wastegate setup @ 13psi. The car has been meticulously maintained with only the best fluids and components being used, serviced every 3000 k's without fail, i've only put 20k on the clock since i've had it as its spent most of its time in the garage. The engine has been completely detailed in a viper blue and deep gold theme to also match the rest of the car. The interior has also been done in viper blue and alpine white theme. The exterior has a Nismo 400R bodykit along with an aluminium GT wing which has all been freshly painted in 2 pak paints.

I've just had it in Autosalon at this years F1 and also the first round at Melbourne.

some of the components used in the build up:

*100mm thick Drag Intercooler

*Induction Filter Kit

*Heat Wrapped 3" Dump Pipe

*Trust Exhaust - 3 1/2" to 4" to 5"(TIP) cannon rear muffler

*Dspec Oil Catch Can

*OS Giken Twin Plate Racing Clutch

*Greddy Profec B spec 2 boost controller

*Greddy Warning gauges - Boost & Water temp

*4 x autogauge's smoke series gauges

*Alpine Sound System - huge sound!

*GAB adjustable suspension

*18x9, 18x10 Genuine Schneider Rims (lightweight)

....list goes on!

    • I believe there was a similar one posted by @duggyphresh. They were re-routing their battery positive cable in the way I am also trying to achieve. Sorry, I’m new to this forum, so was a bit late to the party by a few months and so reignited the old thread, as I wanted to know how they got on with doing it.
    • Wasn't there a thread on this very subject just a few weeks ago?
    • Hi all! Looking to relocate the battery to the trunk of an R34 GTT. I want to do it using as many stock GTR components as I can (including the harness protectors from the 34 GTR that run underneath along the chassis to the engine bay). So far I’ve purchased the battery tray from a 33 GTR, as the captive weld nuts are already there just asking to be used. There is also the slight issue of now having to relocate the ABS/TC/Fuel Pump Control ECU, which in GTT’s sits right above where the battery will then sit on the tray. Has anyone already achieved this, and if you have any pics that you wouldn’t mind sharing? It would be great to see how others have done it and where you put them, as there are countless holes in the parcel shelf panel to potentially use. Just trying to get some ideas bounced around, and to help uncover any potential problems I may encounter by  my choice of location. TIA for any help!
    • Brand was ard.   I also threw a brand new battery at it and beefed up the wire from the alternator to battery and added an extra earthing point from the battery
