Guys,

Not sure really what im after.. I have a R33 Gts-T S1, Zort (3' dump to hi/flow cat 3.1/2' out, IC, Pod, New splitfire Coils, Sparkplugs and boost t @ 11.5psi. New RB25 Highflowed turbo, ECU or SAFC and Fuel pump to come.

Basically what i wanna know is what does the Powerfc do compared to a SAFC of some decription. I dont know what all the techincal setting do and how they work.

I want about 200kw or there abouts from the upgrades but do i really need a powerfc will i gain alot of power with one of these or will a SAFC do?

Just some serious thoughts please guys. If a SAFC is required what type and why?

Cheers in advance

:P M

SAFC is a piggy back comp to lean out fuel and such. Not a real performance upgrade.

PFC is a complete ecu replacement where you can change engine management parameters for performance. The PFC will enable you to get 200rwkw.

The SAFC can yield some good results if u have other supporting mods. Its limited by lack of injector control. Basic piggyback upgrade.

THe PFC doesn't take you form 140 atw to 200atw. Supporting mods do but the PFC is a really good upgrade.

Have a look in the Forced Induction Section there are a few current threads on the emanage atm.
