You better talk to Just Jap ( prol Steve ) directly for answers to the normal cost and normal delivery time of a zorst since mine is not an example of the norm, and is currently on the slowest ship to ever leave the coast of Japan :) I think it's one of those new "solar powered" freighters :D

wonder if the muffler is the same measurements from coupe to sedan (vice versa) and only differs in the length of the pipe from the cat to the muffler?

I don't know about 33's but on the 34's, the GTt coupe & GT sedan seem to have the same rear muffler fitment. The difference is the length of pipe from the back of the cat to the flange of the rear muffler.

Got it !! :):)

Will be fitting it this weekend ( allthough it's almost too nice to bolt under a car !! )

Big cheers to Steve ( and the boys ) from Just Jap !!

I made an enquiry at just jap and they said that they have a customer that ordered a Fujitsubo in a 70mm 2 3/4" and would be worth $1299.00... is that yours? :) they were offerring me the same type as it would suit my car aswell.

they sent me the pics

LOL ! Yep !! That's my new system in front of my car in the doorway of JJ :D

I know it's expensive, and there really are very few choices in "off the shelf" cat backs for the R34 N/A Sedans. That's why so many people get a system made up at an exhaust shop. It just comes down to what YOU want. THIS.....is what I want ;)

Can't wait to bolt it up !

you're right - it's too good to throw under the car!

i think i may have to invest in one of them in future and hack it up to fit the 33!

be sure to get some audio happening please!!! mine sounds like an unwell m3!

damn scott, i can see why your apprehensive about bolting it up under your car. that is a nice shiny exhaust.

now if only nengun would get back to me on when they're gonna relist the same fujitsubo exhaust so I can get one. would like to have that connected to the back of my coby extractors.

Well here's a few more pics to wet your appetite Reggi. Yeah, this would compliment your extractors nicely.

The outside of the rear muffler

The specs are actually dust. The outer finish is spotless.

Here's an example of the pipe diameter and mount support bracing

There's still ~5mm each side of the beer.

a good example of the weld quality and finish

post-2420-1177657148.jpg

and the extent of the internal finishing

post-2420-1177657091.jpg

and then there's the little hardware kit they give you

post-2420-1177657103.jpg

I was going to bolt it up this arvo but the beer accidently opened. Then I accidently open another one and now I'm thinking I'll start tomorrow morning :ninja:

BTW, I'd be interested to hear how things go with nengun !

if the muffler is available then that'll be sweet.

but if its the full catback then i guess i'd look into it too - just trying to find someone with a sedan so i can compare fitment etc... i'm expecting that i'd have to cut them off at the flange and shorten/twist them accordingly. there doesnt seem to be an off the shelf dual tip item for 33 coupe

Here ya go Reggi

Sorry to any 64k users.

NOW, the sound....... ( no sound file yet )

Sounds a bit like an M5 but with that distinctive RB sound. EXACTLY what I wanted ! Might be a bit quiet for some though.....

Sorry for jacking your thread MyR3408. If you want me to move all this, let me know :)

I'm going to have some lunch and then out for a drive :)

Nah its cool u dun have to move it.

Must say.. Thats looks really good! :)

worth th $$ spent

did you car have the typical twin cam raspy'ness with the standard exhaust? let us know if this gets rid of it?

looks very very nice. money well spent

Nah Eug, with the stocky on it made a slight tinny noise when cold but when it warmed up it made no noise at all ! ( except maybe some hissing ) but in car, NONE ! :)

Now you can actually hear the crisp RB sound but it's still not over the top. In car just sounds sex !

Eug, my car has the twin-cam raspyness you speak of, it's not very loud or noticeable, but I can tell it's there.

Scott, so did everything line up ok? hangers, etc?

What was the part no. again please?

Everything lined up very well although it's slightly different from the original. It all seemed kinda loose and not 100% right ( alignment wise ) until you tighten the bolts up. Then it all falls into place :D

Part No.: Fujitsubo Legalis R product #770-15086
