Got C33 Rb20e With R33 5speed Auto, Ecu Question For Rb20det

My friend is doing a rb20det conversion on his rb20e laurel with r33 5-speed auto box. He wants to keep the box for a while.

Can we burn an AT rom to the MT hcr32 ecu to make the box work ? Or have to search the AT R32 Ecu ?
