Yellow Sticker And Car Ownership

hey guys,

heard ppl got off stickies saying car's not his/her.

Just curious, you know when you got to sign off before issued a yellow sticker to show that you are present on the day? If the car is not yours, are you allowed to sign off? because strictly speaking if you are only the driver of the car, not the owner, you wouldn't know what's done to the car.

also curious where you can check demerit points? need to check if I've got my points back
