Geting Car Comlianced

hey guys.

im currantly helping my sis find her first car. shes after a auto 4cyl (something like a exel or late 90's civic) for under 4k.

only problem the guys says it can be reg becuase it has no compliance plate (read link).

i was wondering would it be poserble to get the car complianced say from some one that imports car to get it reged. and any good places would be reqermended.

If it could be complied and road registered they would have already done it. It obviously can't and no where can do it because it was a locally delivered model.

Look elsewhere.
