Brake Disc "loose" - Is This Dangerous?!

Hi everyone,

I recently had my wheels off and noticed that my front right brake disc can be moved around by my hand. Ie i pull on it and it can move outwards - if it weren't for the calipers I could slide it off the studs, just like one does with a wheel. This obviously isn't normal, as all my other discs aren't like this.

What has happened? I can't see any bolts missing.

Is it dangerous? when the wheel is secured in place, it should hold everything nice and tight and safe - yes? no?

its normal, when you bolt your wheel on that holds it on.

the other side will wobble around they may need a bit of a tap to get them off.

yeah no worries there greg.

normally if the rotors are stuck on solid (over the years) there is a threaded section in the rotor to wind it against the hub to loosen it.
