Importing From The Uk

Hi guys,

Im hoping someone can shed some light on a few questions regarding my R33 GTR.

I bought the car around 1 year ago and my company has offered me a fantastic job in Sydney which i am going to take. Problem is that i dont want to sell my GTR (if i dont have to).

Is it possible to bring my car to Sydney and drive it legally baring in mind the car runs 640bhp???

Yes, but you must have owned it for 12 months. The DOTARS website has all the info you need for a "personal import" which will be the import scheme that your car can be imported in.
