Painting Calipers and bits and pieces.

Yeah...I just cleaned them and made sure that I sprayed from a decent distance to avoid running of the paint. I just used dupli colour engine enamel from kmart..like 10.00

and it still looks fine..I dont find that it gets very dirty either.

Just a hint but....use blu-tac to cover the screws and stuff...makes the caliper look a little more genuine with the screws unpainted....well thats wot i did newayz.. have a look...in the foto i hadnt cleaned the paint off the Nissan yet...

paint it red

then sand back the NISSAN til its shiny metal

then give it some clear coat

will look sweet

On a slightly different note, I noticed your AMG rims and wondered are you running 255/40s on the rear like most people?

I have been told by a rim place I should run 17 * 9's to fit 255/40s on there and get a good footprint, they dont fit 17* 8 rims properly..

Which is a REAL pain in the A$$, as there are bugger all rims in 19 * 9!!!

If I go for 17 * 8 there are heaps of rims around, but this guy insists the 255s dont sit well on an 8 inch rim.
