Heat expanded? Sounds like the fitter didn't know what they were doing.

There have been several members now that have fitted these on R33's and R32's with no complications

This has been covered in 3 threads already - When removing the factory front pipe to fit any aftermarket unit you need to check the alignment of the rest of the exhaust system when its all back together and adjust as needed as its common that you shift the rear section of the exhaust during fitting so the hangers and mounts move which can cause the system to knock around a little

fitted to my car perfectly. 33 25t s2. didnt need any bending on my own, pretty much just fit first go

only hard parts, getting hte dammed heat shields of and re-bolting the t3 flange was a much smaller mission

it didnt clear the floor pan properly, it was rubbing and hitting it...hence it needed to be fixed through heating....but the fitters were advan so i doubt they didnt know what they were doing...lol...i probably had a deformed one LOL 1/10000000 lol either that or because i didnt take just japs advice and get a high flow cat at the same time lol

I got the whole turbo back system from JJ and it came with X Force hi flow cat, so in theory it should be an easy job right?
