It sure is.

Been running it like this for about 18 months now, and its showing no signs of giving up.

Compression test proved this, and its still happy, even after a few hits of detonation due to my water meth kit running out.

I have been in a couple of R33 GTS-T's running them and their performance and response has been outstanding.
